Common questions
- Which modules are included?
- All four, inventory, pages, security, and search, plus trends, on every plan. There is no smaller plan.
- Is there a contract?
- Month to month after setup. Stop any time and your data export goes with you.
- What counts as a rooftop?
- One dealership website with its own inventory. A group site that lists every store's inventory counts as one rooftop per store it lists.
- Do you need access to our website or DMS?
- No. DealerSentinel reads the public site. If your vendor offers an inventory feed we can use it, but it isn't required.
- What if our vendor changes?
- Nothing changes on your side. Tracking continues against the new site in the next cycle.
- Can a GM see only their store?
- Yes. Group administrators see every rooftop; a GM sign-in is scoped to one store.
- Can we change how often you check?
- Yes. Daily is the default. Timing, frequency, and on-demand checks are set per store.
